Iced Blueberry Cheesecake Latte
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp cream cheese, softened
6 oz milk of choice
double shot of espresso
1 cup of ice
1 graham cracker or Nilla wafer, crushed
RECIPE
Using a frother, whip up the blueberry syrup, heavy cream, and cream cheese until doubled in volume and creamy/thick (still pourable). This is your blueberry cheesecake cold foam.
In a glass of ice, pour the milk, then espresso, and top with the blueberry cheesecake cold foam.
Sprinkle some crushed graham cracker or Nilla wafers, and enjoy!
